Coupons
If you have a coupon code, enter it into the "coupon codes" box while checking out with Google. Coupons do not apply on clearance items.

Shipping Times
We ship anywhere in the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada via USPS. Products are usually delivered 2-4 days after they are shipped depending on the shipping method chosen.

Shipping Costs
USA: We charge a flat rate of $4.00 for USPS First Class or Parcel Post, $8.50 for USPS Priority, and $23 for USPS Express. Canada and Puerto Rico: We charge a flat rate of $7.00 for USPS First Class mail only. Shipping is FREE for orders of $50 or more.

Processing
Items are usually shipped within 3-4 business days. Bulk orders are usually shipped within 1-2 weeks. If something is on backorder, we will inform you immediately. Please Note: In an effort to be more environmentally friendly, we do not include printed invoices or packing lists with our orders as they are often just thrown away. You may print one from your google account if you wish to keep a copy.

Google Checkout and Paypal
We use Google Checkout or Paypal to handle all of our orders. Both are secure sites that accept all major credit cards. They will also save all of your ordering information and history (including products and colors) for easy re-ordering.

Money Back Guarantee and Returns
We offer a 10 day full money back guarantee on all of our products. No questions asked. You are only responsible for the shipping costs of sending the item(s) back to us. After 10 days, we will only accept unopened items for return or exchange. To make a return, e-mail us using the contact form and we will get back to you with further instructions. There are no refunds on clearance items.
